Terms of Service & Refund Policy

Who we are

TILT Software is the software business of Ossi Tiltti, a sole trader based in Finland (“we”, “us”). We develop plugins for the Elgato Stream Deck and publish them on the Elgato Marketplace under the maker name Tiltti.

Purchases and payment

Paid plugins are sold through the Elgato Marketplace. The sale, payment processing, taxes, invoices and licence delivery are handled by Elgato under the Elgato Marketplace terms, which you accept at checkout. Prices are shown on each product's Marketplace listing. We do not collect payment details ourselves.

Licence

When you buy or download one of our plugins you receive a personal, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable licence to install and use it on devices you own, for as long as the Marketplace licence remains valid. You may not redistribute, resell or reverse engineer the plugin except where the law allows it.

Refunds

Because purchases are completed on the Elgato Marketplace, refunds are processed by Elgato according to its Marketplace refund rules. If a plugin does not work as described on your system, e‑mail support@tiltti.net within 14 days of purchase with your order reference and a short description of the problem. We will first try to fix the issue; if we cannot, we will support your refund request with Elgato. Free plugins are provided as‑is.

Updates and support

Updates are delivered through the Elgato Marketplace. We aim to answer support e‑mail within two business days. We may discontinue a plugin, in which case existing installations keep working but no further updates are provided.

Warranty and liability

Plugins are provided with reasonable care but without any warranty beyond what mandatory consumer law requires. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the plugin.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Consumers in the EU also retain the protections of their home country's mandatory consumer law and may use the EU online dispute resolution platform.
