Privacy Policy
Last updated 3 October 2026. Short version: our plugins run locally on your Mac and send nothing to us.
Controller
Ossi Tiltti, trading as TILT Software, Finland. Contact: support@tiltti.net.
This website
software.tiltti.net is a static site served from Amazon Web Services (CloudFront and S3, EU and US edge locations). It sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking scripts. AWS keeps standard access logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for operating the service, retained for a limited period.
Our plugins
Our Stream Deck plugins process data on your own computer in order to display it on your keys. They do not send usage data, telemetry or personal data to TILT Software.
- System Pulse reads system metrics (CPU, memory, disk, network, battery) locally. Nothing leaves your Mac.
- Token Pulse reads your existing Claude Code login from the macOS keychain and local Claude Code files, and calls Anthropic's usage endpoint on your behalf with that login. The data goes only between your Mac and Anthropic.
- Codex Usage reads local Codex data files on your Mac.
- IP Show queries a public IP‑lookup service to show your public IP address and approximate location; that service sees your IP address as any website would.
Purchases
Purchases are made on the Elgato Marketplace. Elgato is the seller of record and processes your payment and account data under Elgato's privacy policy. We receive aggregated sales reports and, where needed to support you, the order reference you send us.
Support e‑mail
If you write to support@tiltti.net we keep the correspondence (Google Workspace, EU data region) for as long as needed to resolve your request and for up to two years afterwards for reference. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in providing support (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)).
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may ask for access to, correction or deletion of personal data we hold about you, and you may lodge a complaint with the Finnish Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi). E‑mail support@tiltti.net to exercise your rights.
